so scared

Posted in Group:

Hello, I am new to this. I recently had a miscarriage in August and now I am 11 weeks pregnant but I go to the dr today because I have been bleeding. Very scared to go through this again. The pain is awful. First the dr tells you no more heartbeat and then the miscarriage happens and then another exam to make sure the miscarriage happened. It is like a sick joke that people don't understand! I want to tell women how sorry I am if they have been through a miscarriage. I know what it is like. I am just scared and annoyed at this whole thing and just wanted to speak with someone who may have gone through the same thing. I have a five yr old daughter that is my world. She wants a baby brother or sister so badly and I feel like I have failed her. Thanks for listening. Whitney

Hi Whitney, I am so sorry for what you've been through. I too, have suffered miscarriages and I know the pain you are going through. I am hoping that your appointment today will go well and that things are ok. With my last pregnancy I bled some for the entire pregnancy, so I am praying that this is what's happening with you too.

Please keep us updated and know that you are not alone!!! I am so incredibly sorry for your stress and pain.

Sending understanding hugs, Suzee

Hi Suzee, Thanks so much for your understanding and support. It is comforting to know there are other women out there even though I would never wish this on anyone and wished everyones pregnancies went smoothly but that is not the case and it stinks. I just had a us on the 14th of Feb and the baby grew a lot since last scan and the heartbeat was 174. The dr said that was good so it is disturbing that within a week the baby that was moving around and looked healthy might not be there anymore. My head is in a tailspin and the emotions are so crazy. I am praying that I just have some bleeding and the baby is fine but if not I guess it was not meant to be and I will move forward. I will keep you posted and again it was so nice of you to email me because at these time sit is nice to have support from someone who has been there. Sending hugs back to you as well, Whitney

Hi Whitney,

I know what you are going through as I just recently went through a miscarriage and am now pregnant again going through the same thing. My husband and I just got married last year and we have been hoping and excited for our first baby. I was slightly bleeding the first time around and then it went away. The doctor said it still could have been implantation bleeding. Then two weeks later I was bleeding again and this time no heartbeat could be found and days later I miscarried. It was a horrible experience and I feel so bad for those who have to go through it including yourself. Now I just started slightly bleeding again and im off to see the doctor tomorrow. I hope that all is okay with you at your appointment today and that you get the little baby you very much want. Keep us updated. Hoping to hear good news and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Michelle
